Application
ウシ膵臓由来ホスホリパーゼA2は、酸素化および低酸素‐再酸素化中のラット腎近位尿細管分節（PTS）の生存率測定に用いられています。また、ホスホリパーゼA2が尿細管細胞トリグリセリド値に及ぼす影響の研究にも用いられています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
双性イオン性グリセロリン脂質のβ-エステル結合を加水分解します。基質としては、ホスファチジルコリン、ホスファチジルエタノールアミン、およびそのプラスマロゲンアナログが適しています。ホスファチジルイノシトールおよびホスファチジルセリンも加水分解します。インタクトな細胞の膜リン脂質を積極的に攻撃します。
General description
ウシ膵臓由来のホスホリパーゼA2は、カルシウム依存性の脂肪分解酵素です。
Other Notes
1ユニットは、pH 8.0、37°Cで、1分間に1.0 μmolの大豆L-α-ホスファチジルコリンをL-α-リゾホスファチジルコリンと脂肪酸に加水分解する量です。
