General description
RIPA（放射性免疫沈降法）バッファーは、調製が不要なすぐに使用できる溶液として供給されます。本化合物は非特異的なタンパク質結合による相互作用を最小化し、バックグラウンドを低く抑え、一方で極めて特異的な相互作用を発生させ、関連するタンパク質‐タンパク質間相互作用の研究を可能にします。大半の抗体およびタンパク質抗原はこのバッファーの成分により有害な影響を受けないため、本化合物は免疫沈降などのアプリケーションで広く使用されています。
放射性免疫沈降アッセイバッファー（RIPA バッファー）は、迅速で効率的な細胞溶解や、接着および懸濁培養哺乳類細胞由来タンパク質の可溶化のための可溶化バッファーです。
