REDExtract-N-Amp™ PCR Master Mixは、コロニーPCRにも適しています。

Features and Benefits

  • Gel-ready- ローディングバッファー／トラッキング色素の追加が不要です。増幅後、PCR産物をアガロースゲルに直接ロードします。 赤色トレーサーは、125bpのフラグメントとほぼ同じ速度で移動します（ブロモフェノールブルーよりわずかに速い）。

General description

REDExtract-N-Amp™PCR反応ミックスは、バッファー、塩類、dNTP、REDTaq DNAポリメラーゼを含有するPCR Masterミックスです。
このPCR ReadyMix は、Sigmaの Extract-N-Amp 植物用PCR キットおよび Extract-N-Amp 組織用 PCR キットと共に使用するためのものです。全ての Extract-N-Amp キットは、1回の増幅における1 回のPCR 反応に十分です。しかし、追加の PCR 反応が必要であれば、この追加の PCR ReadyMix が必要な場合があります。REDExtract-N-Amp PCR ReadyMix は、PCR産物の分析用アガロースゲルへの、簡便な直接導入を可能にする不活性な追跡色素を含みます。
