Biochem/physiol Actions

腫瘍壊死因子α（TNF-α）は、炎症性機能および免疫調節機能を誘発します。腫瘍壊死因子αは受容体であるTNFR1およびTNFR2を介してその作用を伝えます。

General description

マウスTNF-α ELISA（酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ）キットは、血清、血漿および細胞培養物上清中のマウスTNF-αの定量的測定に用いるin vitro酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイキットです。
腫瘍壊死因子α（TNF-α）は、炎症誘発性サイトカインです。膜貫通タンパク質であり、最終タンパク質には細胞外ドメインがありません。TNF-α変換酵素（TACE）は、可溶性ホモ三量体TNF-αの形成を触媒します。
