General description
マウスIgE ELISA（酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ）キットは、血清、血漿、細胞培養上清、尿および細胞／組織ライセートなどの生体サンプル中の標的タンパク質を定量的に測定するためのin vitro酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイです。免疫グロブリンE（IgE）は、急性アレルギー反応に関与します。また、慢性炎症性アレルギー性疾患にも関与します。
本キットで提供される抗体ペアは、Mouse IgEを認識します。
Application
マウスIgE ELISA（酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ）キットは、気管支肺胞洗浄液中の免疫グロブリンE（IgE）レベルの定量に使用されています。また、マウス血清中のIgEレベルの定量にも使用されています。
