Application
アルカリホスファタ-ゼおよび酸性ホスファタ-ゼによるELISA法で使用する呈色基質です。黄色い可溶性最終生成物を生じ、は405 nmで分光光度的に定量可能です。ｐNPP反応は、3N NaOHを用いて停止し、405 nmで吸光度を測定できます。
