Biochem/physiol Actions
SANT-1 は、神経膠芽腫細胞で Ras/NFκ-B 経路を介してアポトーシスを誘導することが知られています。
SANT-1は、強力なソニックヘッジホッグ経路 (Shh) のアンタゴニストで、smoothened (Smo) レセプタ-に結合することにより直接阻害します。SANT-1は、野生型および発がん性Smoに対して同等の阻害能があります。
