General description

SSC（生理食塩水クエン酸ナトリウム）バッファー20倍液は、サザンおよびノーザンハイブリダイゼーション処理の標準試薬です。 SSCはハイブリダイゼーション後の洗浄ステップに用いる洗浄バッファーのストリンジェンシーを制御するために使用します。

Preparation Note

20倍SSCバッファーは、0.3 Mクエン酸ナトリウム（pH 7.0）中に3M 塩化ナトリウムを含みます。
