  • 脊髄組織サンプル中のニューレグリン-1β1（Nrg-1β1）を酵素結合免疫吸着測定法（ELISA）で検出するために創傷の中心に位置する脊髄組織をホモジナイズする際の放射性免疫沈降アッセイ（RIPA）用バッファーの成分

General description

SIGMAFAST™ プロテアーゼ阻害剤タブレットは、AEBSF、E-64、ベスタチン、ロイペプチン、アプロチニン、および EDTA などの幅広い種類のプロテアーゼ阻害剤の広域スペクトルカクテルを含む水溶性錠剤です。 1 錠でカクテルを 100 mL 作ることが可能で、最大 20 g の細胞抽出物中に存在するプロテアーゼを阻害することができます。
SIGMAFASTプロテアーゼ阻害剤タブレットとHIS-Select®製品またはその他の固定化金属アフィニティークロマトグラフィー（IMAC）（IMAC）製品との併用は推奨されません。本錠剤には、金属キレート剤であり、これらのアフィニティー製品から金属イオンを除去する可能性のあるEDTAが含まれています。

Preparation Note
