General description
MECは、主に細気管支、唾液腺、乳腺、結腸の上皮細胞によって発現される分泌型CCケモカインです。MECは、CCR10受容体を介してシグナルを伝達し、休止CD4、CD8 T細胞、好酸球を化学誘引します。MECには、CCケモカインに存在する4つの高度に保存されたシステイン残基を含む6つシステインが含まれています。組み換えヒトMECは、108個のアミノ酸残基からなる12.3 kDaのタンパク質です。

凍結乾燥品(添加物不含)。
Preparation Note
バイアルは、開封前に遠心してください。水で濃度0.1～1.0 mg/mLに復元してください。ボルテックスは行なわないでください。水溶液は2～8°Cで最長1週間保存できます。長期保存には、担体タンパク質(0.1% BSAなど)含有バッファーでさらに希釈し、1回の使用量ずつに分注して-20～-80°Cで保存することを推奨します。
