General description

Spectrum Plant Total RNA Kitは、溶解・結合の化学と便利なカラムベースの′結合-洗浄-溶出′フォーマットを活用し、100 mgの組織から最大100 μgの全RNAを約30分以内に精製します。代表的な収量は20～60 μgです。

液体窒素中で組織を粉末状にすりつぶした後、細胞を溶解し、内在するRNAから細胞細片を物理的および化学的に分離します。続いて、カラムが支持するシリカ基質にRNAを結合させ、残った夾雑物を数回の洗浄ステップで除去します。

全RNAをカラムから溶出し、ノーザン・ブロット、RT-PCR、qRT-PCRなどの代表的な用途に使用します。
