Biochem/physiol Actions

α-酢酸トコフェロールまたは酢酸ビタミンEは抗酸化作用を有し、脂質過酸化を抑えます。しかし、酢酸ビタミンEは、熱分解されるとアルケンやベンゼンなどの発がん性物質を生成します。
