General description
α微小管の不可欠な構成要素である/β-チューブリンは、ほぼすべての真核細胞に存在しています。
α/β-チューブリンは、主にα-およびβ-チューブリンアイソタイプの可溶性（約100～110 kDa）のヘテロ二量体セットとして、あるいは重合した微小管におけるポリマーとして生じます。β-チューブリンIII（別名β-4鎖）は、脳および脊髄後根神経節に認められ、中枢神経系および末梢神経系のニューロンに局在すると考えられます。β-チューブリンIIIは、精巣のセルトリ細胞、精子の尾部、特定の肺細胞および明らかに一部の乳腺間充織細胞にも認められます。

長期保存する場合、作業用の一定分量に分けて凍結します。凍結及び融解の繰り返しは推奨されません。「霜取り不要」冷凍庫の使用は推奨されません。長期の保存でわずかな濁りが生じた場合、使用前に遠心分離し、溶液をクリアにしてください。12時間以内に使用しなかった場合、作業希釈溶液は廃棄してください。
