Viscozyme® Lは、Aspergillus aculeatusに由来するlignocelluloseに特化した多酵素複合体です。アラバナーゼ、セルラーゼ、β-グルカナーゼ、ヘミセルラーゼ、キシラナーゼなど、幅広いカルボヒドラーゼが含まれています。
