General description

GenomePlex®WGA再増幅キットは、ゲノムDNAのランダムな断片化と、得られた小さな断片から両側に汎用プライミング部位がある、PCR増幅可能なライブラリー分子への変換に基づく独自の増幅法を利用しています。 汎用オリゴヌクレオチド・プライマーを使用したライブラリー分子のPCR増幅によりWGAが達成されます。オリジナルの限りあるゲノムDNA原料を乱すことなく、非常に高い収量で望ましいDNAを得ることができます。アレルドロップアウトを最低限に抑えてゲノムDNAを最高5サイクル再増幅でき、非常に高い収量が得られます。研究者は代表的な約500倍のゲノムDNAの増幅を作成できます。

Application

GenomePlex® WGA Reamplification Kit（GenomePlex WGA増幅キット）は、ジゴキシゲニン-11-dUTPで標識されたDNAプローブ（μBm-probeおよびμBsm-probe）の生成に使用されています。マイクロアレイハイブリダイゼーション用に>10 μg gDNAを作製するためのWGA2増幅ゲノムDNAの再増幅にも使用されています。
