General description

分散 SPE（dSPE）は、「QuEChERS」法方式と呼ばれ（Quick（迅速）、Easy（容易）、Cheap（安価）、Effective（効果的）、Rugged（頑丈）、および Safe（安全））、食品や農産物中の複数残留農薬分析の領域で普及しつつある現代のサンプル調製技術です。

QuEChERS 法を用い、食品／農産物サンプルを、多量の塩類（例：塩化ナトリウムおよび硫酸マグネシウム）および／または緩衝剤（例：クエン酸）の存在下で、最初に水性混和性溶媒（例：アセトニトリル）で抽出します。これにより、液相分離が誘発され、それぞれ酸と塩基に不安定な農薬が安定化されます。少量の有機相は、振盪および遠心分離した後、SPE を用いてさらに浄化されます。SPE チューブを使用する従来法とは異なり、分散 SPE では、大量の SPE（例：Supelclean PSA、ENVI-Carb、および／または Discovery DSC-18）を抽出物と混合することにより、浄化が促進されます。サンプル浄化後、混合物を遠心分離し、得られた上清は直接分析するか、または分析前に小さな追加処理をすることができます。

Application
