Biochem/physiol Actions

作用機序：ナイスタチンは真菌の細胞膜内のエルゴステロールに結合し、膜の透過性を増大させ、ナイスタチン／エルゴステロールに基づくイオンチャネルを生成することにより作用します。 また、脂質ラフト阻害試薬および膜関連コレステロールとしても機能します。

抗菌スペクトル：ナイスタチンは真菌、酵母およびカビに作用します。

Disclaimer

ニスタチンは、28°Cでメタノール（11.2 mg/mL）、エタノール（1.2 mg/mL）、四塩化炭素（1.23 mg/mL）、クロロホルム（0.48 mg/mL）、ベンゼン（0.28 mg/mL）およびエチレングリコール（8.75 mg/mL）に可溶です。ニスタチンは、DMSOに5 mg/mLで可溶、DMFおよびホルムアミドに自由に溶解します。ニスタチンの溶液をオートクレーブ滅菌あるいは無菌ろ過することは推奨されません。ナイスタチンは懸濁液としても効果的で、37°Cで3日間安定です。50 mg/mLの保存水性懸濁液を調製し、-20°Cで保存します。
組織培養培地のニスタチンは、37°Cで3日間安定します。ニスタチンは、中程度にアルカリ性の培地においても安定です。溶液および水性懸濁液は、調製後直ちに活性を失い始めます。熱、光、酸素が分解を加速します。水性懸濁液は、pH 7で100°C加熱した場合、10分間安定します。
