General description
リスペリドンは、新たな中枢性の5-ヒドロキシトリプタミン2およびドーパミンD2アンタゴニストです。本化合物は認知症で発生する興奮、攻撃性、および精神病の治療に使用されます。本化合物は神経抑制薬です。また、統合失調症治療に使用される非定型抗精神病薬です。
Application
