General description

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is an inorganic compound, which is soluble in water. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate is used as a reagent in the development of silicate-based grouts.

Application

Sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate has been used:
  • to perform perfusion for fixed brain tissue to the validate magnetic resonance (MR) signal changes and analyze neuropathological changes in the brain
  • as a component of basal salt solution to prepare biofilm minimal media (BMM) for culturing Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PAO1
  • to prepare sodium phosphate monobasic (NaH2PO4) stock solutions to make running buffer for capillary electrophoresis
