Application

Aluminum phosphate monobasic can be used as a combining material of refractories. It can be used as a precursor for the synthesis of:
  • Microwave absorbing silicon carbide (SiC) fiber-reinforced SiC matrix composites (SiCf/SiC).
  • Aluminum doped hydroxyapatite crystals.
  • Phosphate insulating coating to improve the corrosion resistance of silicon steel.
