General description

This solvent is glass distilled, submicron filtered and subjected to rigorous specification testing to provide lot-to-lot consistency.

Application

Designed for use with HPLC instrumentation and organic synthesis applications.
Used as a solvent/reagent to extract:
  • Ethylbenzene, indan, indene and acenaphthene in air samples prior to capillary gas chromatography analysis with flame ionization detection (GC-FID)
  • Hydrocarbons in air prior to GC-MS
