Biochem/physiol Actions

Collagen and muscle fiber stain differentially when treated sequentially with Biebrich Scarlet-Acid Fuchsin, PTA/PMA and Aniline Blue. Cytoplasm and muscle fibers stain red whereas collagen displays blue coloration.
