With excellent thermal stability and controlled decomposition to ErO, it is ideal for solution processing, CVD, and ALD techniques.

  • To enhance ZnO conductivity via erbium ion doping, increasing carrier mobility, and improving energy storage device performance.
  • In LiErF nanoparticle synthesis for nano thermometry and data security, offering ultrahigh thermal sensitivity and up conversion efficiency through a refined co-precipitation method.
