Western blot: 1:500 on transfected COS-7 cells. The antibody reacts with the ~130 kDa
protein. The suggested antibody diluent is PBS containing 5% non-fat milk and 0.04%
Tween 20.

Biochem/physiol Actions

It is expected that the antibody will also react with rat and mouse.
Neuropilin-1. The immunogen sequence has low homology with neuropilin-2.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
