Application

D-Amphetamine hemisulfate salt has been used in oxidative fermentative (OF) test, and exploratory test.

Biochem/physiol Actions

D-Amphetamine is an active isomer of amphetamine. It induces release of catecholamines and serotonin by displacing the monoamines from their vesicular storage sites, which blocks catecholamine reuptake.
