General description

デンハルト溶液は、ノーザンおよびサザンブロット膜への検出試薬の非特異結合を抑えるために日常的に使用されるブロッキング剤です。この 50x 濃縮液は、様々なプレハイブリダイゼーションおよびハイブリダイゼーションバッファーでの使用において、いかなる濃度にも希釈可能です。

Preparation Note
