General description
SSC（生理食塩水クエン酸ナトリウム）バッファー20倍液は、サザンおよびノーザンハイブリダイゼーション処理の標準試薬です。 SSCはハイブリダイゼーション後の洗浄ステップに用いる洗浄バッファーのストリンジェンシーを制御するために使用します。
Application
SSCバッファー20倍液は、下記の用途で使用されています：
- ヒト特異的Alu反復配列のin situハイブリダイゼーションでのハイブリダイゼーションバッファーとして
- サザンハイブリダイゼーション、マウスゲノムDNAのドットブロットおよびmicroRNAのノーザンブロッティングのメンブレンに対する洗浄バッファーとして
- L1レトロトランスポゾンの蛍光in situハイブリダイゼーション（FISH）でのインキュベーションバッファーとして
