General description
アデノシン5′-三リン酸（ATP）生物発光アッセイキットは、サンプル中のATP濃度の定量生物発光測定に使用できます。ルシフェラーゼがD-ルシフェリンの酸化を触媒すると、ATPが消費され、光を発します。ATPが制限試薬である場合、発光はサンプル中に存在するATPに比例します。
