General description

ミトコンドリアは二重膜構造をとり、真核生物においてほとんどのエネルギーが産生する場所です。ミトコンドリア単離キットには2種類のバッファーが含まれており、1つは機能研究のためのタンパク質抽出用、もう1つはプロテオーム研究におけるプロファイリング用です。さらに、インタクトなミトコンドリアを保存するための保存用緩衝液がキットに含まれています。
