Features and Benefits

EDTA-フリー： IMAC処理を妨げる可能性のあるEDTAなどの強力な金属キレート剤は不含。

ぺプスタチンA：タブレット形状では通常得られないさらなる保護のためにぺプスタチンA塩などの独自の組成を使用。

幅広い特異性：セリンプロテアーゼ、システインプロテアーゼ、アスパラギン酸プロテアーゼ、金属プロテアーゼを阻害して、タンパク質サンプルを幅広く保護。

高収率：1錠のタブレットから100 mLのカクテルが得られ、100 mLの抽出物に含まれる最大20 gまでの細胞量に存在するプロテアーゼの阻害に推奨されるのが1錠です。

長期安定性：タブレットは、2–8 °Cにおいて2年以上は未開封で安定で、再構成されたプロテアーゼインヒビター溶液（1´ または 10´）は、2–8 °Cで2週間以上は安定です。

General description

SIGMAFAST™ プロテアーゼインヒビターカクテルタブレット-EDTA フリーは、セリンプロテアーゼ、システインプロテアーゼ、アスパラギン酸プロテアーゼ、金属プロテアーゼを阻害するように設計された水溶性タブレット製剤です。このタブレットには、EDTAなどの強力な金属キレート剤は含まれておらず、固定化金属アフィニティークロマトグラフィー（IMAC）によるサンプル処理と併用できます。またこのタブレットには、さらなる保護のためにぺプスタチン A 塩などが含まれる独自の組成が使用されています。

Preparation Note

1錠で100 mLのカクテルを調製できます。1錠で最大100 mLの細胞抽出物(細胞量にして20 g)に含まれるプロテアーゼを阻害することができます。
錠剤は供給時の安定性を2～8℃で少なくとも2年間維持します。また、再溶解したプロテアーゼ阻害溶液（1´または10´）は安定性を2～8℃で少なくとも2週間維持します。
