General description

Application
Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid has been used:
- for cofilin activity assay
- to determine the specificity of superoxide in the transverse aortic constriction (TAC) hearts
- for Europium bead-based detection assays
- to detect reduced (S- active) or irreversibly oxidized (SO3H inactive) tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type 6 (SHP-1) in thymocytes
